What Are the Undergraduate Acceptance Requirements?

The acceptance criteria for undergraduate admissions at Ave Maria University are as follows: 

  • Carry an unweighted high school GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or unweighted college GPA of 2.6 on a 4.0 scale
  • Complete the free and easy online AMU application form [https://www.avemaria.edu/apply]
  • Complete an admissions interview with an admissions counselor (can be in-person or virtual). 

Note: Standardized test (e.g. SAT, ACT, CLT, etc) scores are not required for admission consideration for the 2024 admission cycle. However, submission of test scores is recommended and can make an applicant more competitive for admittance and scholarship awarding.
