If you have more than 24 college credits, you would apply to AMU as a transfer student. If you have taken fewer than 24 college credits, you would apply as a FTCA (first-time college attendee).
For freshman admission, you must complete an online AMU application, which can be filled out on our website for free or through the Common App for $30. We currently hold a 3.0 GPA minimum. You must also complete an admissions interview with one of our admissions counselors and submit your transcript(s) before being accepted. Lastly, we are currently "test optional" which means you do not need to have a standardized test score (ACT, CLT, SAT) to be accepted, but we highly encourage students to take a test/submit a score because it usually helps out significantly with scholarships.
